Who is An Indian?

Unity in Diversity

If will just add one example here of Bal Gangadhar Tilak here:
Once as a kid Bal Gangadhar Tilak was asked to join the pieces of a big jigsaw puzzle with India's map inscribed on it. He was accompanied by his entire class of the school. All the kids started to build the puzzle as soon as possible but were facing difficulty as India's Map is quite big and complex to join a Jigsaw Puzzle is made out of a picture.
The Teacher was taking a round of the class and saw Tilak making something else out of the puzzle. He inquired to what was he doing. Tilak replied that this big jigsaw puzzle had a picture of a man on the flip side.
He said joyously "If I join one man's picture in the puzzle, the picture of India on the back will be complete."
I was just thinking today, how true this statement is even today and wonder when will we shed our inhibitions and make our country truly a 'Golden Bird'.
How does it matter from which state you belong to or what language you speak or which opinion you are of if you are born in one great nation which is a matter of pride for you?
